We have used the Professionals at Lithgow for over 2 years and in that time Tina and her team have gone over and above what you normally would expect from a rental agent. As absent landlords we rely on our agent to look after our properties as we cannot be there to check on them. The Professionals rental team not only keep our properties maintained and occupied with good tenants, they also do virtual tours of their rental inspections. Professionals Lithgow have provided the highest level of service that I have encountered in 10 years of property investment across multiple states and management agencies. I think that it has helped that the staff have been steady over the years with a very low turnover rate which is great, it really adds a personal touch to the property management. I have never had any issues whatsoever. I have always been kept up to date with any maintenance issues, tenancy concerns or otherwise. It’s really been a case of ‘set and forget’ knowing the property has been in good hands. Overall it’s been a really positive experience and I would recommend the agency to anyone with an investment property in the area.

We first met Tina when she was managing a property for us as an employed property manager for a Lithgow real estate company. We were impressed with her energy and efficiency. Some years later my husband and I experienced some difficulty with the property manager that we had at the time. The business had changed hands and property inspections became careless and our bookwork often had mistakes. We decided to ask Tina if she would help us out.
