I have had to claim under insurance, I have had tenants go AWOL, had unapproved pets at the property and Tina has kept me not only informed of what has occurred, but what they have done about it and what the next steps are should the issue not be resolved. As absent landlords we rely on our agent to look after our properties as we cannot be there to check on them.   • Professionals Lithgow have provided the highest level of service that I have encountered in 10 years of property investment across multiple states and management agencies. I think that it has helped that the staff have been steady over the years with a very low turnover rate which is great, it really adds a personal touch to the property management. I have never had any issues whatsoever. I have always been kept up to date with any maintenance issues, tenancy concerns or otherwise. It’s really been a case of ‘set and forget’ knowing the property has been in good hands. Overall it’s been a really positive experience and I would recommend the agency to anyone with an investment property in the area.

  • We first met Tina when she was managing a property for us as an employed property manager for a Lithgow real estate company. We were impressed with her energy and efficiency. Some years later my husband and I experienced some difficulty with the property manager that we had at the time. The business had changed hands and property inspections became careless and our bookwork often had mistakes. We decided to ask Tina if she would help us out. She may have privately rued her decision to become our manager as from the very first weeks of taking over our properties there was an avalanche of problems. Some tenants in several properties became extremely difficult, older buildings needed attention as faults appeared, plumbing and installation of new appliances all had to be dealt with. Tina managed all of our problems with expertise and efficiency. She is always firm, but pleasant with difficult tenants and her real estate knowledge means she is prepared for the actions of 'challenging' tenants.
