At Professionals Lithgow, our property management department always try to keep up to date with new technology and to ensure that we are providing the most modern experience to our landlords that we possibly can.

If you are one of our landlords, you would know that for us, the days of getting a few ‘happy snaps’ and a ‘flick and tick sheet’ at routine inspection time, is soooo 2010!

What is it that our landlords receive instead, if they are not getting an old fashioned report?  We provide our landlords with a video walk through of their property – from the front to the back, with a music overlay.  They also receive a ‘face to face’ video from one of our property management staff, with an update on everything that we have seen at our inspection.

Any repairs that we feel need to be looked at, or issues that the tenant has reported to us, are all reported to our landlords using Maintenance Manager – the most up to date repairs system available on the market.

After all of this has happen, we also call our landlords as a follow up, making sure that we have diarised a time to assess a rent review in the future, as well as making sure that we update their insurance details as well!

Phew!!  It’s no wonder that our clients love the way that we look after their properties and keep them updated with how things are really looking.  Because the fact of the matter is, we have to make sure that we are being really transparent with our landlords if we are going to make sure that things are done this way in our department!
